We are an established restoration company that deals with water, smoke, fire and mold damage in residential and commercial buildings. Our business is growing and we need to hire a motivated and self-directed individual who enjoys a varied and challenging work environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Respond to emergency mitigation situations which may include fire, flood, mold, etc. - Must be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls (a rotating on-call schedule is used.) - Perform water extraction, structural drying, board-up, demolitions...etc. - Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc and general demolition after loss - Document damage and work performed within company software systems - Keep vehicles maintained and organized. - Keep warehouse clean and organized - Attend weekly safety meetings as required by OSHA Minimum Qualifications: -Must possess at least a High School Diploma (or GED) -Must have a professional appearance -Must have effective written and verbal communications skills -Must be able to pass a criminal background check -Must have a valid and clean driver's license. No history of DUI's. -Must be physically able to work in fire, smoke and mold, and water damaged environments.
