Have you recently tested positive for COVID-19? Researchers at Arizona State University are looking for participants who recently tested positive for COVID-19 to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of naturally derived supplements. ASU Nutrition/Biodesign Research Study: Fighting Inflammation WE ARE RECRUITING HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS WHO RECENTLY TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 TO EXAMINE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF SUPPLEMENTAL PALMITOYLETHANOLAMIDE (from peanut oil) AND CURCUMIN (from turmeric) Participation is voluntary. If you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days but experienced no-to minimal symptoms please complete our survey. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this study. Participation includes taking a supplement (active ingredient or placebo) daily for 4 weeks. There will be a small blood draw both pre- and post-intervention.
