Greetings! I am an experienced counselor and life coach, and am available to provide harm-reduction trip-sitting services for individuals in the San Diego area. I can stay with you anywhere from 4 hours to 12 hours, depending on the type of journey you are embarking on. We can set intentions together, and I will follow your lead in terms of what you are seeking to get out of your time. In general, my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing presence so that you can journey within. For safety purposes, I am currently only working with cis and trans women.
