Looking for someone to sand down two classic cars

I am looking for someone with body work experience and common sense to sand down two classic cars for me. Someone who understands the importance of avoiding glass and trim, won't go crazy on body lines and who actually has a good work ethic. I'm willing to pay for quality work, and will do so based on how much you get done. An hourly wage, contingent on you being productive. I'm not expecting something for nothing and will pay a fair wage, but as anyone who has been in this business for long knows, there's an awful lot of people out there who want to get paid but don't want to work. Thus, someone with previous or current body work experience is a necessity. You will need to have your own electric sanding tools, as I do not have sufficient air on site for prolonged sanding with air tools. You will also need to provide whatever respirator or other PPE that you wish to use to deal with the sanding dust. I have power and restroom facilities on site, and you will be working outside on pavement. I have a popup canopy you can use for shade as well if you like. Let me know ahead of time what equipment you will be using and sandpaper will be provided for it. Lunch and unlimited bottled water will be provided, and you will be paid in cash at the end of the day. We can talk about what a fair hourly rate is depending on your experience. Right now I have probably two or three eight hour days of work. Schedule is somewhat flexible, and I will be ready to get started as soon as this weekend. If this works out well, I will have more work going forward.. the better it works out, the more work I will have. As you will see, I have many projects waiting in the wings, so if I like the way you work, there will be more work for you. In your email reply, please give me a brief description of your experience.
