Oak Hill Plumbing Inc. is looking for Licensed & unlicensed Journeyman Plumber / Tradesman AND Plumber's Helper / Apprentice for residential servicing & new construction. Plumber’s Major responsibilities & duties: • Maintenance, repair & remodel - Determine source of plumbing malfunctions & complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders • Purchase materials & hardware for work order completion • Create time & material estimates • Maintain accurate records on material & labor used • Inspect jobs upon completion & ensure areas are clean Requirements: • Certified Texas Journeyman • 5-10 years’ experience • Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, installation techniques & plumbing codes • Ability to read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics & written reference material • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, diagnose & resolve problems • Experience using hand tools • Excellent customer service skills Plumber Apprentice / Helper Major responsibilities & duties: • Assist Plumber to install, repair & maintain plumbing systems • Select appropriate materials needed for installation • Assemble & install vales & fittings • Install other plumbing equipment, such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances & trim • Inspect jobs upon completion & ensure areas are clean Requirements: • Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance & installation techniques • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, diagnose & resolve problems • Experience using hand tools • Excellent customer service skills Pay is dependent on experience.
