We are looking for a do it all maintenance person to take care of an apartment complex. General duties would include general upkeep of property, on call for emergency situations, showing apartments when needed, collecting rents. Will work with the Property Manager on any needed outsourcing of subcontractors and maintain a safe environment for all residents. An apartment is included for this position.
