We are looking for a reliable handyman with vast knowledge of minor fixes, repairs and maintenance. Reliable transportation is a MUST. You’ll need to make supply runs occasionally.
The perfect person for this reoccurring gig has proficiency in odd jobs like changing lightbulbs, hanging art in plaster walls, changing out light fixtures (light electrical knowledge), snaking/jetting drains (we rent equipment), painting, small building projects, etc., etc.
We have fairly regular work and would love someone who is regularly available on Sunday or Monday when we are closed.
First projects:
-Installing wall Mount fans in our outdoor dining stalls (already powered, just need to be mounted)
-Changing lightbulbs on our cooking line (requires using a tall ladder which we provide. These are specialty fixtures, so you may need to do some research).
-Installing ceiling fans- electrical is already run and there used to be fans there so just installing and wiring from the existing junction boxes)
-Installing a new compressor in a reach in freezer (if capable. If not, that’s okay).
-Jetting our plumbing to the street (we rent the jet from Home Depot, you pick up, jet and return).
Please text 424-346-2451 if you are a good fit. We pay $20/hr cash upon completion of the job(s). We will also feed you while you’re working at the restaurant. This is a recurring gig and we’re looking for someone who is reliable and looking for extra work on the weekend.
