Looking for one person, female or male, to do many small easy jobs around my home. Part time work starting at 7am, a few days a week. $20 cash per hour, paid daily. Starts at 7am each day until work is finished. Work days vary and will be discussed. Must speak English. Painting, light sanding for prep of natural wood. Basic house cleaning: floors, cabinets, dusting, cleaning windows, walls General light laborer: sorting and moving stuff, cleaning cars, painting, etc… Gardening, moving rocks& decor, pond maintenance, planting flowers, trimming trees, pulling weeds, watering plants, etc… I am a retired disabled person. My wife works full time while I maintain our home. I am not a slave driver but I do ask you work consistently and efficiently. No smoking or cell phone use while working. Part time work, 3-5 hours a day $20 cash per hour, paid daily.
