Description
We are looking to hire a Handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks. You should be able to lift 25 pounds. This an independent contractor position that can become permanent.
Handyman Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance for managed properties as assigned
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Perform work in a timely manner
- Provide exact cost on all repairs done
- Provide photos of any damage and evidence that caused the issue
- Provide photos of completed work
- General electrical knowledge needed
- Provide your own tools or request tools to be purchased
- Ability to problem solve issues
- Document how you resolved each issue step by step
- On-call and site visits as necessary
