Foundation Technology, a leader in foundation repair and replacement in the Los Angeles basin is actively seeking experienced “Foundation Repair Crew Members” to begin immediately. This is a full time job with forty hours plus overtime. Advancement opportunity to run your own crews. We do both residential and commercial repair and replacement. JOB KNOWLEDGE: • Foundation repair and replacement. • Partial and complete foundations. • Slab and raised foundations • Rebar and forms • Caissons and pad construction. • Seismic Retrofitting • Post and Beam replacement • Micro piles, tie backs, and piers a plus REQUIREMENTS: • Able to speak, read, and write Basic English • Read and Understand blueprints/plans • Basic math calculations • Ability to lift 50-80 lbs. on a regular basis • Knowledge of tools and procedures to perform the job functions assigned • Clean-cut neat appearance • Friendly outgoing personality- Ability to work within a team to accomplish the job on-time. • Capable of taking direction and performing duties with minimal supervision. COMPENSATION: • Starting wage-$22.00-$30.00 per hour, plus overtime, depending on qualifications and experience. • Job Completion bonuses-Percentage of job completed under budget and ahead of schedule. • Commission for upselling, change orders, extra work. • Paid vacation and holidays. • Uniforms and safety equipment provided.
