We are a community association located in the Burbank/Los Angeles area, near Burbank Airport. We are currently looking for a thorough maintenance technician to perform diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the community are maintained in the best possible condition. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, stucco plaster and repair, drywall repair, minor electrical repairs, asphalt repairs, and any other duties that may be assigned. The ideal candidate will be able to work responsibly by observing health and safety guidelines. Job Responsibilities and Skills: · At least one year experience in performing maintenance duties is required. · Complete work order. · Ability to work outdoors. · Working knowledge of tools, common equipment, and devices. · Ability to interact with owners and residents in a professional and courteous manner. · Must have a valid driver license. Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: Everyone is required to wear a mask and practice physical distancing. On-site interview will be held in the community room which allows more than 6 feet of physical distance.
