Eleven Oaks Mobile Home Park Hiring for Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Person Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment! We are looking for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds and the park-owned facilities (pool area, laundry room, garbage bin areas) We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well with-in a team. Anyone with carpentry experience would be ideal. Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties: - Basic landscape maintenance - Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal - Swimming pool maintenance - Facility maintenance - Parking lot maintenance - Machine and small engine maintenance (i.e. lawn mowers, weed eaters) - Projects, that may include digging, painting, trash outs, - Emergency utility repairs Job Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds - At least 1 years’ experience working in a maintenance position, or other relevant work experience. (Preferably) - Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! - Reliable transportation - Must be able to pass background check Full-time, 8 hours per day Compensation will be based on experience.
