HVCA (Hidden Valley Community Association ) is looking for a Lead Grounds / Maintenance worker. We are a unique HOA located in rural Granite Bay with over 150 acres of open space. The Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including irrigation, electrical, basic carpentry, and tractor operation. Minimum requirements are: * Trained on use and maintenance of Kubota Loader LA724 tractor and various attachments. ( or similar ) * Trained on use and maintenance of landscaping equipment, e.g. chainsaws, weed eaters, pole saws, mowers, masticators, etc. • General handyman skills for building, plumbing, irrigation and electrical projects.
