Meineke Car Care is seeking productive Automotive Technicians with different levels of skill sets to become an integral part of our team. This family-owned and operated repair center enjoys multiple locations and had retained staff through the crisis and is currently looking for additional team members. You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles. Here at Meineke we believe in an incentive-based pay structure. Those with high productivity will be compensated accordingly, the sky is the limit! Your responsibilities will be diagnosing and repairing passenger vehicles and trucks, performing routine maintenance, training and teaching new members as needed, and encouraging teamwork and accountability among all team members. This is not a flat rate position, so even on slower days you will be guaranteed $24-$26 per hour!
