WHO WE ARE: Epicurean Properties in a boutique corporate housing company based in Columbus, OH. We offer luxury furnished apartments for short-term rental. Our goal is to give our guests the comfort and flexibility of a 5-star hotel with the space and privacy of a full-size apartment. WHO WE SERVE: Most of our guests are executives and families who need a temporary home for 1-6 months during a periods of transition in their lives. Our guests expect us to be the best in the industry, and we love doing whatever it takes to impress them! WHAT THIS POSITION INVOLVES: Your mission is to make sure that every guest checks into a perfect apartment every time. Whenever one of our guests checks out, you'll be responsible for: ✅ Inspecting the apartment for damaged or missing items ✅ Deep cleaning the apartment until it's sparking clean from top to bottom ✅ Washing, drying, and folding linens and towels ✅ Making beds ✅ Re-stocking consumables (Godiva chocolates, Fiji waters, coffee, tea, etc.) ✅ Staging the apartment for the next guest Responsibilities also include keeping track of our supply inventory, communicating with us about any needed maintenance or repairs, and occasional shopping. On days when there are no apartments to clean, you will be involved with helping us furnish/stock/set up new apartments that we are launching around the city. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We love cheerful perfectionists - people who generally have a positive and optimistic attitude, but also hold themselves to very high standards. Our ideal candidate is results-focused, obsessively detail-oriented, and able to work independently with very little supervision. Must have reliable transportation and clean background. Bonus points if you have housekeeping experience (especially at 4+ star hotels). WHAT IS THE PAY/HOURS? Hours will generally be M-F, 11am-7pm, but this can be flexible to some extent. Typically, you will only have one apartment to clean per day, and it will take you 5-8 hours. Occasional weekend work may be required, but won't be frequent. Pay starts at $15/hour with raises available based on performance. If this sounds interesting to you, let us know!
