Job Description This is a Full-Time Construction Laborer Position in Toledo, working as a Senior Level Construction Carpenter/Building Maintenance Person at various Toledo Area Properties, performing Fire Damage Repair/Rebuild, Maintenance, Repair, Grounds and Clean-up Duties and Responsibilities. Candidate should be able to work alone with little to no supervision, just a project Line-up from the Job Site Superintendent to supervise (working supervisor) and complete projects to Superintendent's expectations. This is potentially a long term assignment, through the end of the year and possibly even beyond. PPE and Steel Toed Work Boots are required Prior construction and/or Building/Property Maintenance experience is required.
