Who Are We We are Dipp, an online platform for renting pools, hot tubs, and other awesome water spaces started in Tulsa during the pandemic: www.dippnow.com We want to grow this tech baby here in Tulsa and make it something real for this city and Oklahoma more broadly. What Do We Need In order to do that, we need energetic, friendly, creative and courteous sales reps in Tulsa. Age doesn't matter: productivity and attitude matter. How Do You Get Paid These sales reps will go door to door to engage pool and hot tub owners in Tulsa with our summer offer to host on Dipp. Sales reps will be paid $50 for each ACTIVE listing an owner creates on Dipp. Active = earn income by renting their pool or tub on the Dipp site. Yes, this is unlimited commission upside. If you get 10 pool and hot tub owners to create active listings, we will pay you $500. If you get 50, we will pay you $2.5k. If you convince 1k pool owners to create listings, we will pay you $50k. You can probably do 50 in one week if you have a car and some hustle. How Do We Support You We will help with your pitch, customer psychology and segmentation, dealing with objections, why our platform is the best, etc. We will provide lists of water space owners so that you are responsible ONLY for getting to them, engaging them and closing active listings. Other Potential Upside If you're really good, we will find a way to hire you into our company so you can grow with us. We work out of the Mayor's building in downtown Tulsa starting July 1 and have access to the broader Tulsa technology community as it grows a more modern Tulsa economy.
