We are family team. We have 2 girls, 18 and 16. Julie has a Bachelors in Early Care with a Psychology minor. Julie is the main caregiver, John is the assistant, and our daughters are approved fill ins alongside either Julie or John. All 4 are first aid and CPR certified and take yearly training. We are a 2 star DHS licensed daycare. We take DHS subsidy and Private Pay. Available 4 evening spaces from 4:30pm until 11:00 pm. We participate in the food program and will offer Dinner and Evening Snack. We follow a schedule letting the children know what to expect and makes transitions easier. We plan many activities for the children to assist in the development of each child. We build with blocks, dress up and make believe, put puzzles together, read books, tell stories, draw and paint, play with playdough, cook, dance to music, and play outdoors. All of these activities are aimed at helping children to be curious and interested in all that's going on around them. We talk with them, ask questions and answer their questions to help them learn new words and to express their feelings and ideas. We run a daycare where the child can feel at home, loved, and cared for. Our children enjoy playing with and interacting with the other children.
