Maintenance Person for Mobile Home Community White Creek MHC is a large manufactured housing community managed by HAMC, a leading property management company headquartered in DFW. Responsibilities include: - Making sure property remains clean and free of debris and trash - Minor landscaping which entails maintaining the property flower beds (no mowing) - Trimming small trees and shrubs - Minor painting from time to time - Trashing out vacant houses to prep for the make ready crews - Maintaining property buildings - Passing out notices for the office - Repairing minor water leaks from time to time - Snaking clogged sewers a few times a year - Special projects throughout the community as required and assigned by management Requirements: - Ability to lift at least 30lbs - Should have own hand tools. Larger tools / equipment are provided - Must have a truck or vehicle that can haul bulky items - Basic plumbing and maintenance skills preferred - Apartment or mobile park experience a plus but not required - Must be able to work outside throughout the year We offer a drug free work place with benefits (standard holidays, week's vacation after one year). A truck is required for this job and there is a monthly fuel allowance of $85 on top of compensation.
