Description

We’ll train you to work on a team of 2-3 installers applying a long-lasting coating to concrete. Work includes transforming plain surfaces into wonderfully finished spaces by grinding, cleaning & preparing surfaces, then applying our coating system. If you enjoy the rewarding feeling of turning something ugly and boring into something beautiful that delights customers, this is the perfect position for you! If you already know the basics of painting, epoxy application, working with concrete or related positions, accelerated job growth opportunities are available & encouraged. Pay & Benefits Compensation will be performance driven at $16-$25 per hour. Minimum Requirements 1 year of relevant experience (construction, concrete, flooring) valid driver's license and reliable transportation required medical card & trailer driving experience are a plus ideal candidate would be a high energy team player with a keen eye for detail! We’re a safety conscious company, so you must be able to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs kneel and bend repeatedly operate small tools, machines & equipment
