Original Hard Rock Band Looking for Drummer Who Can Bring It! Okay, so here's the deal... We are a Long Island, NY based original hard rock band looking for a professional hard rock drummer. We are in our 40's and we all write music/songs and can play multiple instruments. Age is not a focal point, the ability to be a professional and have the right chemistry for this project is. We have label interest and are working to develop a handful of songs to zero in on a single to promote through the label, video, social media, radio and weekend based touring (large hard rock festivals with National touring acts). Members are and have previously been signed to record labels/have endorsement deals and have toured. We are professional musicians who are down to earth, open-minded people with NO EGOS. We are extremely motivated, hardworking and have goals and direction. We believe in and practice excellent communication, we are professionals and don't have time for or tolerate disrespect in any shape or form or BS from anyone. We are clean, so that means NO drugs, NO alcohol and NO anything during rehearsals, shows, etc. We are professionals and act the part in on-stage and off-stage. We are open to all type of music and band influences, but write, record and perform the rock to hard rock side of the music spectrum. Some samples of band influences include Velvet Revolver, Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Corey Taylor and many others. The above bands are just samples and not necessarily the direction we are going in. We have an original and unique sound and don't want to box our creativity, style or sound into any one particular direction. Some of the things we are looking for in a drummer are... A professional musician who practices excellent communication and has the ability to play and present original rock based ideas to other members. You must have professional equipment i.e. drum, hardware, etc. As a professional musician you will need to have the ability to record your material with a DAW, software, digital recorder, or other means, etc. As a professional musician you will need to have stage, performing and recording experience. As a professional musician you will need to have the ability to bring it on stage, look, energy, etc. As a professional musician you will need to be clean: NO drugs, NO alcohol, NO anything during rehearsals, shows and act like a professional both on-stage and off-stage.
