Handyman/ Building Maintenance/ Jack of all Trades Needed

Looking for a part time person with the skill set to handle building maintenance and punch list jobs. Applicant must have a positive customer service friendly attitude, be able to answer phone when jobs come in and be able to show up on time with your own hand tools. Must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license (so you can be insured on our vehicles). Would like someone with experience fixing, building, installing window screens & storm windows. Glazing experience is a bonus with changing insulated glass units, window repairs, shower enclosure installations.
