Shop/Yard Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintaining inventory and tool levels • Picking up and delivering materials and supplies • Verifying material and quantity ordered • Responsible for all equipment returning to tool cage in working condition • Inventory control of damaged or broken equipment tagged out and sent for repair • Maintain overall appearance of the yard and shop, including mowing the grass and basic landscaping duties. • Maintain current vender relations and build new ones • Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items. • Manage material waste. • Minimum working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. As business workload fluctuates, additional hours will be required. Requirements: o Would prefer previous experience working in a shop or construction industry. o Must be able to organize and manage multiple activities at one time. o Must be capable of physically negotiating movement in and around shop and outdoor construction job sites, some of which require ascending steps and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. o Must be able to see and hear with correction. Must be computer literate. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to interact with clients, employees, vendors and professionals. o Must be able to obtain OSHA required Forklift Certification within four months after date of hire. o Must be able to obtain and possesses a valid Colorado Driver License that is insurable through our insurance. o Preferred ability to drive standard transmission vehicles o Preferred ability to drive large vehicles and tow trailers o Ability to understand mathematical conversions. o Strong knowledge of using a computer. Ability to use Microsoft Office. o Bilingual a plus
