Fixing Kevin Crew from A+ Property Maintenance stump removal

I paid Kevin Crew from A+ Property Maintenance $300 cash to remove a Mountain Ash stump. As you can see from the pictures, Kevin Crew from A+ Property Maintenance missed the stump completely. There was a lot of sawdust around the tree from cutting it down, so I did not see that Kevin Crew had missed the stump and I mistakenly paid him cash when he said it was done. When I tried to get Kevin Crew from A+ Property Maintenance to come and properly finish the job, he basically said once my money went into his hands the "contract" was done and to "F" off. Now I have to pay someone else to finish his job. Everyone should know this before hiring A+ Property Maintenance for anything. Evidently I am not the only person who has had issues: I will pay $200 cash for someone to come fix Kevin Crew's stump removal job. This should be an easy stump removal since most of the dirt has been power sprayed away exposing just the stump. I mostly need just the tap root to be ground down so I can put flagstone over it.
