Boards on stair landing and 2nd floor creak when walk in certain areas. Need carpet and pad pulled back so I can add more screws then carpet reinstalled. Maybe 5 areas in total between three rooms and the landing. I don’t have a carpet stretcher. Rooms are completely empty but furniture arriving Thursday so want to complete job by Wednesday evening. I expect 1-2 hours total effort as I’ll add screws immediately after carpet pulled back.
