PROPERTY PRESERVATION/REO AGENT CDA Property Preservation Must have experience in Property Preservation/REO Work( Lock changes, winterizations, boarding and re-glazing windows, lawn maintenance(riding lawn mower), debris removal, maid services) Tools Needed: Locks(HUD specific key codes) 4 digit Numerical Lockboxes Generator, Compressor, General tools, lawn mower, truck, trailer, cell phone, Computer with access to the internet 24 hours.
