Rehoming ragdoll and tabby cat

I need to rehome my two cats. One is a large male flame-point ragdoll (over 15 pounds and almost 4 yo). The other is a small female (probably less than 9 pounds and about 6 yo). The ragdoll is extremely shy of strangers, and it will take someone with a lot of patience to win him over. He would do best in a quiet home with no children. The tabby is less skittish and will probably acclimate quickly. I am rehoming because they both like to go outside, and the apartment complex I live in does not allow that anymore. I'm also going to be traveling more frequently and just can't provide them with the company and care they need. I would prefer they go to the same home, but that's not a must. They will come with a litter box and a fair amount of food.
