Do you want to earn $800 extra per month working part time in the evenings Sundays through Thursday and live in or near Dallas TX 75204? Trash Fairies is hiring someone to do doorstep trash pickup in two apartment complexes that are near each other. No trash leaves the properties. Everything is done on site. We collect trash door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer it to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time. Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards. Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure. Other duties as assigned. Sites: Dallas, TX 75204 Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 10/10:30 PM Pay: $800 per month Starts: ASAP Job Requirements Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment: Must have a smart phone with data plan. Must have a bank account for ACH direct deposit. Ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably. Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Ability to climb stairs, walk distances comfortably. Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
