Hello. We are a local real estate management company that maintains several multi-family rental units throughout the greater Binghamton area. We are in need of a basic repairman to tend to the every day needs that come up at our properties/for our tenants. We are looking for someone who has experience in not necessarily all of the following areas but at least in some: basic plumbing repair, vacancy clean outs, oven and fridge repair, hot water heater installation, minor boiler and furnace upkeep, window/glass installation, drywall repair, sub-floor installation, flooring and carpet installation, porch repairs, painting and cleaning, and basic electric repair(outlets and fixtures). The job we have available is part time at the start, 15-20 hours per week.
