Our crew leads manage their time, truck, trailer, crew, money and all junk/responsibility for their team. Your pay would be good and given to you directly by customers daily, above and beyond all salary or hourly pay in the industry. Your job is to work hard with agreed upon TOS and standards. This is a team effort and it can never be done without you being reliable, accountable, and responsible for the jobs/work. Each crew consists of one lead crew member and at least 1 to two helpers for a total of two to three crew per team. Tasks would be junk removal and removal demo services. knowhow is a must.
