The Residences at Daniel Webster is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The right candidate should either have experience in hotel/property maintenance or have a background and established skill set compatible with the job responsibilities. Time management, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. The job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Maintenance and preventive maintenance duties as directed by management in a timely manner. Proper execution of electrical, plumbing and carpentry projects, Guest room preventative maintenance (caulking, tile repair, painting, plumbing, etc.)Working knowledge of kitchen equipment/refrigeration, Working knowledge of fire protection and safety systems. Overall building maintenance Pool/Pool area maintenance, Willingness to respond to emergency situations on short notice, Maintain accurate records, Perform other related duties as assigned by management, Effectively and immediately report all safety concerns and instances that may require contract service for repair to management, HVAC experience is preferred* Applicants must be willing to be available one week out of a two week on call rotation to be on call for after hours for lock-outs, emergencies etc. Reliable transportation and flexibility to respond when "on call" is required for consideration for this position.
