RAB Construction is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician and Custodian to work in down-town Montpelier. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, while also being responsible for the buildings cleanliness. The individual must have basic maintenance experience which includes carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, janitorial and grounds maintenance skills. Paid vacation time is offered after one year. Experience is required for this job. The amount that the Maintenance Technician will get paid will be based on the experience. Terms are also negotiable at the interview, where responsibilities will be covered in more detail.
