HELPER / LANDSCAPER / HANDIPERSON / CARETAKER—flexible hours (West Chester) Part Time Summer – Could Be Permanent Looking for SUMMER HELP for regular property management work at 10 acre home in rural Willistown. Great option for STUDENT or anyone who feels dissatisfied by traditionally structured 40 hour/week, and who enjoys working with their hands and outside. • Landscaping, including cutting grass, line trim, leaf blowing, leaf raking, weeding, mulching, planting flowers and shrubs, trimming small trees. • Outdoor help, including powerwashing, gutter cleaning, ditch digging. • And general help, including garage and workshop organization/general cleanup, furniture assembly, moving furniture, birdfeeder refill, taking trash and recycling to curb, other domestic stuff. • Not all the above is necessary - these are just the possibilities, depending on your experience and interest. • NOT looking for a Landscaping Company or Professional Business. • Owner provides all tools and machines. Experience preferred but not required—Happy to train an otherwise qualified and interested candidate. You would be working both alone and with owner. Looking for a good work ethic and a drive for excellence. Local (West Chester/Malvern/Newtown Square/etc) a BIG plus and must have own transport (we are not near public transportation). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. References required. Pay $15-$20/hr depending on experience and abilities, 15-20 flexible hours per week with more in summer, and more potential hours with bigger projects and your availability. Continue long term if available after summer. Additional responsibilities and hours – if qualified – could include but not limited to: Indoor help, including light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, painting.
