Manufacturing company located in Berlin, NJ is in need of Production Workers to assist the production department. This is a long-term opportunity for the 1st shiftEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate scrap handling equipmentStrip facing from insulation products to prepare them for bailingKeep area clean before and after shift ends. Qualifications: •Relevant experience working in an industrial or other manufacturing environments. •Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. •Quality conscious and excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks. •Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Ability to work on all machines – set up and troubleshoot when needed.** This job is in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
