Winter work avail. for those who want to stay on. This project will be offered each year so if you need year round work we can accommodate that request or if you just want summer work we got you there too. The first two hired will be able to basically choose their schedule for the summer. What days do you want to work? Do you want to lead a team or do you just want a great job where you can be you? Shorts are welcomed, tattoos, etc. We love you being you! Currently, we are seeking 2 very talented, and reliable individuals to join our exceptional team. 2 full time and 2 part time. This is a Bigfork Location, must have reliable transportation or live close by. This position will be the end of May through Oct. Other work may be available for the winter for those that want it. Must be able to work as a team and comply with both the company's Standard of Excellence as well as the Clients. If this sounds like you: We offer a competitive wage and some unusual perks. Duties include but not limited to: • Load cart with supplies such as linens and move it to the required area • Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant • Replace used amenities in guest rooms • Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones • Fold terry, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean • Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition • Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary • Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them • Carry out floor care duties in hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets • Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies • Provide immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problem, or accidents to the supervisor • Successfully complete training and certification programs in safety • Ensure flammable materials are properly stored • Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always • Keep proprietary information confidential • Ensure company standards are followed • Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit • Apply professional language in communicating with guests and other people • Provide support to team to achieve common goals • Maintain and exceed quality standards and expectations • Without assistance, carry, place, move, or lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds; with assistance for items beyond 25 pounds.
