Responsible for maintaining all common areas and grounds on a daily basis: Main responsibilities: Lay vinyl flooring, and fix leaking faucets/toilets Daily upkeep of the buildings and grounds will also include the following: -Cleaning restrooms -Empty and clean trash cans -Clean vacant apartments -Maintain lighting changing out bulbs and ballasts -Keeping apartments free of debris -Change battery's in smoke detectors -Maintain parking area -Utilizing a gas blower to remove leaves from the walkway and parking area 35k-45k Full Time Must pass a background check Must have a valid Illinois license Must have own transportation Please include a resume (612) 276-5700
