SUPERVISORS WANTED Directly supervise wash bay attendants at a 24hr. fast paced and service-oriented truck wash. This position will be responsible for maintaining a consistent level of wash services and customer satisfaction. Responsible, reliable, and dependable work habits are mandatory. Columbia, SC 29203 Starting pay $10 - $14/hr. + BONUS EOE Key Responsibilities: • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. • Assign employees to specific duties. • Enforce safety, health and security rules. • Monitor employee performance to ensure that customers receive quality services. • Perform daily work activities, such as washouts and washing trucks. Working Conditions: • Outdoor working environment • Must be available NIGHTS and WEEKENDS • Must be able to bend, pull and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the course of a work day • Must be able to climb ladders Experience & Skills: • Previous management experience preferred. • Self-motivated. • Ability to direct people as they work. • Service Oriented. • Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or business organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
