Looking for a motivated and honest individual that works great with others and also is able to work alone. This positions hours is full time employment. The correct person must meet the following items: 1. Valid drivers license 2. Must know how to operate and perform landscaping skills and equipment 3. Must know how to operate and perform pressure washing skills and equipment 4. Maintenance skills for repairs: Basic repairs Plumbing: garbage disposals, install dish washers, pull and reset toilets, basic plumbing repairs Painting: prep, cut and roll Electrical: ceiling fans, change out light fixtures, minor repairs 5.
