Looking for qualified hard workers or crews to perform apartment upgrades at various properties across Columbus, Ohio. You will be required to: caulk hang cabinets cabinet doors change electric outlets and switches Changing lights Door Knobs and hinges Drywall patching and light skimming Other items are to be done with an upgrade package but this is the bulk of the items. Bonus to be paid over 90 days. $700 at 30 days, $700 at 60 days and $1100 at 90 days. *Bonus is for qualified responsible workers who are able to complete the work in a timely manner. Must still be actively working to receive bonus payment
