Description
Actively looking for a tradesman with a flexible schedule that is capable of handling the day to day maintenance of a bustling west side restaurant. The position requires reliable transpiration (preferably a truck), general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and a set of your own tools. We are in need of someone who can work 3 days a week but may have more days to offer as we are growing and have many improvement projects as well as general maintenance.
To be successful in this position, you must be a natural problem solver, willing to take direction, efficient, and able to keep your task list and schedule organized.
