Alan Smith Pool Plastering and Remodeling been in business since 1981 and is currently in need of hard working general laborers. The demo crew is a great place to get your foot in the door and move up to the higher paying hydroblast, tile, masonry, plumbing, service department, or plastering crews! Most of our field employees started on the demo crew including the plaster division manager, Dario, and the owner's 2 sons. Our owner, Alan, worked side by side with demo, tile and plaster crews throughout the 1980's, 90's, and 00's. To this day, he will help out on a plaster crew if needed. All of our division managers are willing to work in the field if needed. We won't ask our crews to do anything we wouldn't do ourselves! Nosotros hablamos español !! This position is responsible for demolition and removal of construction materials such as plaster, tile, concrete, etc. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Removes debris with shovels and wheelbarrows Digs trenches for plumbing and electrical Fill in trenches Deck demolition and removal. Performs general construction clean ups Follows all health and safety regulations when operating equipment Performs other related duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: No prior experience or training Knowledge of basic hand tools Must be hard working Must be able to follow instructions Benefits, Medical, Dental,Vision Insurance and 401(k) Please come to our office for an application.
