I found this item leaving work the morning of 5/23 very early (approximately 0400 hours) There are two initials on this single item. As well as military/federal logos and minimal info. I hope I can return this to the owner and save any amount of headaches that would be caused from losing it. Please tell me the two initials on the card and I would be happy to meet up to return it to you.
