*****Three separate positions***** Job Requirements • Must be self-motivated with good time management skills. • Must possess good organization skills. • Good attention to detail while taking pride in one’s own work. • Must be punctual and dependable keeping all unscheduled tardiness and absence for emergencies only. • The physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. overhead for short periods of time but multiple times a day. Standing and walking for most of a 10-hour work shift. • Must be able to work well in a team environment. Communicating and cooperating with other team members to accomplish a common goal. Welding Department Job Description . • Good understanding of welding drawings and schematics. • May be requested to perform an in-shop welding test. • Operating a Mig and Tig welding machines. • Operating a forklift and jib crane to load and off load parts • Occasional travel maybe required. • Perform other shop tasks as needed Powder Coating Department Job Description • Loading and unloading raw and finished metal parts from racks used in the powder coating process. • Operate a steam generator (similar to a presser washer) to wash and prep metal parts. • Packaging parts for shipping i.e., wrapping parts in foam, placing parts on skid, shrink wrapping parts etc. • Operating a powder coating gun (similar to a paint gun). • Operating a forklift and jib crane to load and off load parts • Inspecting finished parts ensuring the absences of flaws as well as being coated and cured properly. • Perform other shop tasks as needed General Production Job Description • Read and understanding of parts drawings and schematics. • Assemble various parts using pneumatic and electric power tools. • Operating CNC saws and machines. • Operating a forklift and jib crane to load and off load parts • Occasional travel maybe required. • Perform other shop tasks as needed Schedule • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm 30 min lunch break (unpaid) 2 15 min breaks (paid) Fridays and Saturdays may be required as well as extended hours depending on workload Benefits • Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered • Aflac supplemental insurance offered • 401K retirement planning offered. • Paid holidays • Pay vacation from day 1 Please Contact Operations Manager Dustin McCullough (336) 236-9800
