Full-Time position for a dependable maintenance technician to perform interior repairs and maintain exterior for hotel in the Kissimmee area. Must have general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. ** MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation ** Job duties: - Basic plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance. - Light drywall repairs, patch, and blend texture. Paint to match. - Maintaining exterior of property neat and clean. - Maintain a daily log of duties performed. Regular hours 9:30am-6:00pm plus rotating on-call schedule for after-hour emergencies. Starting at $14.00 per hour.
