Description

Seeking a dynamic, dependable, independent person to help managing, cleaning and general tasks related to a 5 star rated small (22 units) short term private apartment complex. Flexible schedule where you can typically create your own hours. You must present yourself well, with a valid driver license, fluent in English and live near the location as you will have to show units once in while. You will be responsible for deep cleaning of units between tenants and minor exterior maintenance such as watering flowers, sweeping common areas and picking up papers/debris. This is a PART TIME position where you can expect to earn $700-$900/month
