Building of 100 units looking for porter for 26 hours a week. Job Requirements: -Be in good physical condition -Responsible, punctual -Previous janitorial experience preferred. -Daily sweep outside of the building. -Daily transfer of all trash and recyclable materials to outside shed as required. -Hose down both compactor rooms daily. -Daily maintenance of flooring in the lobby -Daily maintenance laundry room to include but not limited to appliances, fixtures, and furniture. -Clean all dryer lint trays daily. -Wash laundry room floors daily. -Daily maintenance of elevator cabs. -Vacuum all corridor carpets once a week. -Maintain lobby in clean condition. -Install all padding in elevator cabs for deliveries as directed by Superintendent. -Inspect roof surfaces and remove debris as necessary. -Assist Superintendent in the maintenance of building grounds. -Assist Superintendent in snow removal as directed. -Accept additional duties and responsibilities as directed. -Mop building stairs once a week
