Ready for Rescue (www.readyforrescue.org) rescues cats and dogs from the city shelter where they are put down all too frequently. Our foster roster is backed up and we need some new folks to help us save some cats. Among them, Mr Crow, a sweet tuxedo who is currently at the city shelter. He has an injured leg that needs to be looked at (we cover all vet care) but he's getting around pretty well. And a sweet young Orange Tabby that was just found by a colleague. And, there are always more in need -- the situation for cats is always dire and we need all the help we can get.
