we are a Professional buisiness; office is in Peabody and shop in Billerica. we currently have attitude issues with our current painter and are looking to incentiveize her to either straighten up or leave. regardless, we need someone anyways to at least be available at the beginning to be on call so we can give her days off sometimes since she literally works 7 days a week but does good work. may turn into a full time position in the future if she keeps pissing me off.
