Soul Wars is a cooking competition to highlight local culinary talent while raising awareness and finances for Sickle Cell Warriors. Bring your lawn chairs and wear a splash of burgundy as we celebrate the Soul Wars Cookout Finale! Enjoy live band: The Quan Howell Project; Live DJ: Earbleed Music Entertainment Table Games; and GREAT food! As we highlight and celebrate local grilling chefs during this COOK OFF FINALE, know that they did not come to play! The winner takes the $1000 grand prize! All other proceeds go to The Killian Tarver- Dancing Through The Pain Foundation. The KT-DTP Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit Sickle Cell Disease organization with a commitment to serving and supporting families and Warriors battling Sickle Cell Disease. We are dedicated to bringing Awareness to the Communities and making an impact in lives. Part of our mission is one home, one family at a time. We will also be providing families a place to stay as they recover or go through treatments for Sickle Cell Anemia. Get involved, eat some good food, and help us support the mission!
