Surprise Birthday Dinner Celebration live on Dr. Nichols' actual Birthday, Wednesday, June 23rd Where: Dirty Habit Address: 555 8th street NW Please note the pictures below for the entrance. You can also enter through the Hotel Monaco (address: 700 F street) and walk back to the restaurant. Cocktail Hour: 19:00 Dinner: will begin at 20:00 Attire: Summer Chic!Restaurant Telephone: 202-449-7095- Ideally, a recent Rapid or PCR COVID test would be great, vaccinated or not. I do not know what everyone’s insurance will do and things may change by June but with my insurance it is free. - Please complete a COVID screening at the door and most likely have your temperature taken. - Feel free to bring a face shield to eat under if you feel more comfortable, I will buy a few to give out, for pictures we can take it off. I have done it on planes it works out well. Drinking you need a straw ;--)! You should have received an email from Tribute. I am coordinating a Tribute video for my Dad to share with him and participants during the Zoom call on Saturday, June 26th. More details to come. I promise, it will be easy to make a submission.
